October 9-11th 2026 at the Watson Scout Centre in Carlton in Cleveland. We return to this large HOSTEL which is situated at the Northern end of the moors, within easy reach of the Wainstones and Roseberry Topping.

Apart from the obvious walking possibilities, the Wainstones and other local crags offer short but varied climbs on excellent hard sandstone, idea for autumnal days. There is an abundance of bridleways and old mine roads for trail riding so there is plenty for all to go at.

Nick Crapnell is hosting the meet; there is plenty of room at the hostel so guests will be welcome.
