BRACKENCLOSE – FRCC OS NY 185 073 ¾ mile short of Wasdale Hall Farm (approaching from the main road) at the foot of Lingmell Gill junction with Burnmoor track. Accom: 8 men, 8 women, 12 mixed and 6 campers.
BIRKNESS BARN – FRCC OS NY 186 160 1 mile beyond Buttermere Village towards Gatesgarth Farm on the Hassness Estate between the road and the lake. Accom: Hut 19 men, 13 women; Cottage 8 in 2 rooms; Coach House 13 in 3 rooms.
THE SALVING HOUSE – FRCC OS NY 258 148 Rosthwaite Village, Borrowdale. Accom: 14 men, 12 women.
BEETHAM COTTAGE – FRCC OS NY 405 129 On Kirkstone – Patterdale main road, east side, opposite north end of Brotherswater. Accom: 12 men, 6 women + camping.
GEORGE STARKEY HUT – Alpine Club/ABMSAC OS NY 395 161 N side of Patterdale main road in Patterdale. Accom: 14 men, 8 women.
HIGH MOSS HUT – Rucksack Club OS SD 238 967 High Moss, Turner Hall Farm, near Seathwaite in Dunnerdale. Accom: 27 (6 reserved for members).
LOW HOUSE – Midland Association of Mountaineers OS SD 302 972 Low house, Coniston, Cumbria. East side of the Torver Road, 200 yards from centre of Coniston. Accom: 24.
CONISTON HUT – Yorkshire MC OS SD 292 985 Copper Mines Valley, above Coniston. Turn west by the Black Bull, go beyond the tarmac, steep and rough. Accom: 20 (minimum booking 6).
GRANGE OLD SCHOOL – Climbers’ Club OS NY 251 176 In Grange village, ¾ mile after The Borrowdale Hotel turn R over the bridge and follow for 150 metres where the road turns right back to Keswick. Accom. 6.

YNYS ETTWS (R.W. LLOYD HUT) – Climbers’ Club OS SH 623 568 Ynys Ettws, Llanberis Pass on the Nant Peris side of Pont-y-Cromlech. Approached over a new bridge which is a prominent landmark. Accom: 18.
CWM GLAS MAWR – Climbers’ Club OS SH 617 572 500 yards N.W. of R.W. Lloyd Hut and reached through the gate leading to Blaen-y-Nant Farm by crossing the second bridge and following the track to the right. Accom: 10.
BEUDY MAUR – Rucksack Club OS SH 616 576 2½ miles N.W. of Pen-y-Pass on the right. Accom: 11.
TAL-Y-BRAICH – Wolverhampton Mountaineering Club OS SH 588 625 Deinolen nr. Llanberis Accom: 14 mixed, not under 16 yrs.

HEATHY LEA – Oread MC OS SK 272 721 On south side of A619, 2km east of Baslow. 10 min walk from Robin Hood Pub. Accom: cottage 12 and barn 8.
STAR COTTAGE – Midland Association of Mountaineers OS SK 282 631 In Two Dales village on east side of B5057, 2 miles northwest of Matlock. 200yds from Plough pub. Accom: 12 mixed.
DON WHILLANS MEMORIAL HUT – BMC OS SK 007 622 Rockhall Cottage, Upper Hulme, Staffordshire. Along track 400 metres from the road (no vehicle access). Overnight parking is in the marked bays on the road below the hut. Accom: 12 mixed.

LING HUT – Scottish Mountaineering Club OS NG 958 563 Glen Torridon, SE of Liathach, about ½ mile from the road and immediately SW of Lochan an Iasgaigh. Accom: 6 men or women, no fewer than 3 persons. No bookings in the stalking season, 20th August to the 15th October.
RAEBURN HUT – Scottish Mountaineering Club OS NN 63606 90913 On north side of A889 between Dalwhinnie and Laggan. Please park in layby 200m north of hut on west side of road. Accom: 15 mixed.
CHARLES INGLIS CLARK (CIC) MEMORIAL HUT – Scottish Mountaineering Club OS NN 167 722 Ben Nevis, On Allt a’Mhullin at 2,300 feet, just below the Douglas Boulder. Accom: Parties of more than 2 and up to 9.
LAGANGARBH – Scottish Mountaineering Club OS NN 222 563 About three miles west of the Kingshouse Hotel, 300 yards from Alltnafeidh Cottage on the main A82 road. Accom: 16, but maximum of 12 per club.
STEALL HUT – JMCS OS NN 177 684 Seven miles from Fort William at the head of Glen Nevis on the south bank of Water of Nevis. Access from the end of motor road by path, one mile to wire bridge, cross the bridge to the south of the river. Accom: 15 mixed.
CORUISK MEMORIAL HUT – JMCS OS NG 487 197 200 yds N of outfall of Lock Coruisk into Loch Scavaig. Access: (1) by boat from Elgol; (2) by boat from Mallaig; (3) by boat from Glen Brittle; (4) easiest approach walkers is from Kilmarie (2-4hrs) Accom: 9 mixed.
THE SMIDDY – JMCS OS NH 095 877 Situated at the foot of An Teallach at the head of Little Loch Broom, on the S side of the A832, 500m before the Dundonnell Hotel. Accom: 10 mixed.
THE CABIN – JMCS OS NN 683 944 From Newtonmore (just off the A9), follow the A86 for 7 miles to a turning on the right signposted Balgowan, just to the west of the west gate of Cluny Castle (don’t go up to the castle!). Take the single track road to the car park on the right, about 300 yards from the A86. Accom: 10 mixed.
MUIR OF INVEREY – Cairngorm Club OS NJ 077 896 At the W end of wood a few hundred yards beyond Little Inverey, 6 miles from Braemar on north side of road to Linn of Dee. Accom: 18 places male & female.

GLEN BRITTLE MEMORIAL HUT BMC/MS OS NG 411 215 Towards the top of Glen Brittle, Isle of Skye. Accom: 20 mixed.
INBHIRFHAOLAIN – Grampian Club OS NN 159 508 7¼ miles down Glen Etive Road. Through an opening in the trees, left hand side of the road. Accom: 13 mixed.
ALEC MACINTYRE MEMORIAL HUT – BMC/MS OS NN 044 612 North Ballachulish on A82, one mile north of Ballachulish Bridge, 50m from entrance of Creag Mhor Hotel. Accom. 16 mixed.
MILL COTTAGE – BMC/MS OS NH 847 047 0.25 mile to NW of Feshiebridge off the B970. Follow old A9 towards Kincraig. Track off Forestry Commission car park. Accom: 14 + 8 camping.
