You must complete a row for each bed you are requesting by clicking ADD BED e.g. there must be 12 rows to book 12 beds! Names are optional but the category of user must be selected for each bed required.

Please remember to check your spam/junk mail folder when looking for emails relating to booking requests.

PLEASE NOTE it is up to hut bookers to make appropriate decisions about numbers, numbers of households, use of masks and any distancing inside the hut bearing in mind that YRC Members may also be staying. We expect all users to respect others and exercise common sense around Covid mitigation procedures such as maintaining good hygiene and an open window policy to maximise ventilation in line with BMC Guidance on Hut reopening which you should read.
