I had a good look at the LHG electrical supply. The transformer supplying the properties, is now called LHG substation, a secure compound, locked with a new access.
United Utilities have been busy. Transformer ID plate not readable. KVA capacity would have been nice to know but UU will have all that.
Assuming adequate capacity it is a simple task to install a dedicated supply to the drying room. for bike charging.
Our web site info does not allow charging from a 15 amp plug,. I do not think we can use the Drying room supply. This comes from a splitter box in the hut which in turn
is supplied from a splitter box on the chimney of the NT property – supplied from a tapping on the pole next to the sub station. New cable fitted so we could have a 100Asupply.
