5-7th June 2026. Our annual weekend of tidying the cottage ensuring it is in good condition for another year. You can inspect the new washrooms and drying room as well.

As usual, accommodation and food will be free as will necessary tools and materials. This weekend is always a sociable event and it is an opportunity to show our gratitude to the Hut Wardens for the effort they put in over the year. No doubt Richard Sealey will be writing a list of jobs which will be published here when available.

Come along for the weekend or just the day, whatever you can manage.

If you haven’t been to Lowstern before, don’t use the postcode as it is likely to take you to Lodge Bank Farm. Please note that this is a catered meet. Anyone with specific dietary requirements must contact the meet leader well in advance to see whether these can be accommodated or not. This is entirely at the meet leader’s discretion. Catering is provided on the understanding that the absence of any allergens cannot be guaranteed. If you have any specific concerns, discuss them with the meet leader and please consider self-catering.
